Everything was great. Only suggestions:bathrooms need some updating. need better hot water. need better lighting in kitchen.need new lawn furniture. Overall was AWESOME!
The pictures show approach to beach; but there was no beach right in front of house, and had to walk to beach may be 20 feet. But we realized it was better than having beach right in front because we had all the privacy with that; Getting back and forth from beach was little difficult for kids but was okay for adults.
Our family recently stayed here and had a great time. The house is large that no one felt too cramped - especially nice having the ohana unit (grandparents and kids shared this space so they got to spend time on their own and together) We were up every morning watching the beautiful sunrises and walking the beach. only critique is there is not a lot of space to unpack suitcases into a dresser or drawers - but given all you really need is a bathing suit that is easy to overlook....
It was a splendid location and house, everything we could have asked for and more. The management was very helpful and responsive. The only critiques I have are concerning some of the appliances. The oven in the main unit had trouble heating up (I ended up using the oven in the other kitchen); the laundry washer was clearly pretty old; and the gate remotes worked sporadically. These were minor issues, however.
Perfect house for our two families - launched kayaks from front garden,went walking along beach, close to amenities but away from the holiday crowds.
Trinity Properties was wonderful, the house could not have been better - and the staff went over and beyond for my comfort.
Everyone at Trinity was super accommodating and helpful for our last minute two week stay. Getting the paperwork through was a breeze, even during high season. When a garage buzzer stopped working our property manager got it fixed in no time flat - even though it was our last day there. Can't wait to work with them again.
This property exceeded our expectations. Trinity Properties were professional and more than helpful. They were quick to respond to any questions before/during the trip. The location cannot be beaten. Can't wait to go back. Thank you.
Great location. No coffee bean grinder though. Many light bulbs out in closets. Bird nesting tolerable.
Low water pressure did cause some minor problems.
The house is in a perfect location on a gorgeous beach. Perfect for kids with a big yard, steps to the beach and very calm waters. My 2 and 4 year olds were able to "swim" in up to their necks and not be pulled under or thrown around by any waves. The property manager is incredibly kind and helpful. My only issue was the outrageous cleaning fee ($500) and that even though we paid the fee there was a lot of dust on the shades and in the corners. Other than that, it's a great house for a family vacation.
Trinty Properties and the Sunrise Retreat were a terrific way to enjoy Oahu. Our stay was comfortable, relaxed and I would recommend Trinity Properties and their staff to anyone interested in a quality rental experience.
After we arrived we noticed that there were no screens on the windows, very disappointed that we had to request screens. The house does not have air conditioning and we wanted to open the windows to get the air moving through the house. We didn't want to worry about what might crawl in from the outside. They were installed during our stay. We were told that the owner of the home had replaced some of the windows and left the screens off of the ones that had not been replaced. We were happy to have them installed, just a little upset we had to ask. It qualifies as a "luxury property" these details should be taken care of prior to any guests arrival. It is a beautiful home in a perfect location. The property manager was very helpful.
