Location and Home were fabulous as well as property management. I would like to suggest a little more attention to the housekeeping. The tile floors were sticky to walk on as I suspect they had not had the cleanser used rinsed off, the dead ants in the door thresholds should have been removed, the wine glasses had lipstick stains, not enough bath towels, and most importantly please put window coverings on all of bathroom windows, especially the ones that look straight into the neighbors home!!

exceeded expectations ! Property managers were very responsive and helpful throughout the process. One warning - don't keep personal property secure, we rented some kayaks, two were stolen from the backyard (access from the beach), no place to secure them. Property managers are trying to help out.

This house and location proved to be perfect for our family. Not only was it located on the beach but provided a large patio, lawn, beach toys for the kids and inside ample living space, very well designed. Recently upgraded as well. Located on the bike , walking path was an added plus asx well as the short kayak to the islands.We all loved it !
We stayed here during our wedding week to hold us and one of our families. The house worked out perfectly. Large and comfortable. Great condition. And most of all, great location on amazing beach - everyone in the party had a blast, from age 5 to 66. Management staff was wonderful and very accommodating. Thank you for helping to make our wedding week so perfect!

The house and views were exactly as the pictures showed. I had been to this beach before and think it is the best beach on Oahu. If you are looking to get away from it all and just relax abnd enjoy the views this place is perfect. the living areas and rooms were great. Our property manager was wonderful met us at the house and was available throughout our stay. Trinity properties was profesional and courteous in all transactions I had with them. Deposit returned quickly and no headaches wiothy booking arriving or leaving property.
The perfect home for friends or family. Very clean and comfortable with all the amenities. I felt at home the moment we walked in. I have only been home for two days and I am planning my next trip back.
Amazing house on the perfect beach. Can't ask for anything more (except some free nights!). The house is very nice and fit us, our baby, and four other families, all with small children. Lanikai is a perfect beach for small children due to the crystal clear water and calm waves. My only complaint would be the price, but what can you expect for the privilege of being on such an amazing beach in a beautiful house.
The home was very spacious and comfortable. I wish I wouldn't have needed to ask for coverings on the bathroom windows, or light fixture to be fixed. There were some other minor annoyances like the coffee pot that didn't work and left a huge puddle on the countertop, the dishwasher had a glitch nothing major, but in a home of this caliber and expense there should be more attention paid to these details. We did have a wonderful time and appreciated Claudia's prompt attention in addressing our concerns.
