  A Soul Mending Vacation

  We recently lost my brother, uncle, and son to Lou Gehrig's disease. Everyone was involved in his care giving for the past year. After his passing we all needed a get away to mend our soul. This dream vacation was a celebration to "Don", releasing him
  and celebrating his life with us. It was truly a blessing to wake up to the morning sunrise. We even got a rainbow in the horizon up against the beautiful mountains of Oahu. Thank you for a memorable week! We still can't stop talking about it.

  The location of this property is just amazing. We could see whales jumping right from the kitchen, which is a fantastic cooking together kind of kitchen. Two of the bedrooms are out of this world, one is smaller but with a nice view and the two twin beds don't have a view but are good for kids. The guest house doesn't feel as nice as the main house but the view is still amazing. The saltwater swimming pool is a short walk away, also a very dramatic landscape - I enjoyed swimming laps there in the morning. The kids had more fun just going right into the water than the pool. I highly recommend the property for groups of 8-10, including kids.

  We had a wonderful vacation. The views from the house were spectacular. We particularly spent alot of time in the beautiful kitchen watching and listening to the waves. But of course we could see and hear the waves from virtually all the rooms in the house, and could see across to Koko Head and the surf as it rolled across to the homes along Kahala Drive as well as out to the ocean...We very much appreciated the ability to use the salt water pool and enjoyed watching the waves crash up into it. We would love to come back again.

  Couple of comments - The promised Wireless never worked. The Deck should have an Umberela. And there should be Beach Towels available.
