  The resort was beautiful! We could not have ask for a better place to stay. The reservation process through Trinity Properties was flawless. They were on top of everything right from the beginning. When we arrived at the resort we were immediately greeted by friendly staff members who parked our car and showed us to our condo. Once in our condo, the staff member (Bo) showed us how things worked and gave us some information about the resort and the area in general. Our kids loved the pool, the hottub, and the ocean. The grounds were very well kept and the pools were cleaned every morning. We were extrememly satisifed with our stay at the Ko'Olina Beach Resort and would definitely stay there again.

  Overall the front desk was helpful. It was frustrating that they were not always available. They never answered the phone. There was some issues with the toilets, I guess they had put a new plumbing system, but we had to call several times for a plunger. Evidently after 5 you are sunk, no one there to help you. One night we were down to one bathroom to use. Like I said earlier, we had a great time and we despite some things, we would definitely come again and recommend this place to anyone. Thanks!!

  Every detail of our stay at the Ko'Olina was perfect: 1)The accommodations, 5 star and more! 2)The location, easy drive from the airport, sandy beach access, unbelievable ocean views, even friendly lagoon turtles to watch. 3) The ammenities, BT403 has everything you need and more to make sure guests are well cared for. The staff, terrific anything you need they know how, when, where, and what and will help with anything! The reservation experience through Trinity Properties, LLC was professional and easy. My contact, Meredith, was delightful and accomodated all our needs. Our stay was better than we ever expected! The Ko'Olina, and specifically the BT403 unit, is spectacular. We cannot wait to return! Thank you!

  Third stay at Ko Olina Beach Villas. Great place for friends and family to relax in upscale environment. Apparently there is some dispute between developer and condo association. Whatever that may be... the gym was closed, seating in public areas gone, bar closed and intermittent towel service. Overall the pools & grounds are still in their prime conditions. The beachfront availability combined with proximity to Kapolei for supplies makes this property a solid choice. Though not inexpensive, the Ko Olina Beach Villas are of immense value compared to other properties in the general Ko Olina development.

  Overall very pleased with the resort could have used a restaurant at resort and bar area could have been full service.
